Sell withCertainty.
Most brokers list and wait. We price it right, market it hard, and pick up the phone.
Your broker should be selling your yacht.
Not managing 200 other listings.
Here’s the problem with most yacht brokerages: they take on every listing that walks through the door. More listings means more potential commissions, but it also means your 72-footer gets the same attention as the 30 other boats on their roster. Which is to say, not much.
We do it differently. Troyer Yachts is a boutique operation out of Boca Raton. We work motoryachts and superyachts, roughly 40 to 200 feet, and we carry a small book on purpose. Every vessel we represent gets real marketing, real outreach, and Andrew’s direct involvement.
That means you talk to the principal broker, not an assistant. It means we know the comps because we’ve been watching the same segment of the market for years. And it means when a survey comes back with issues, you have someone in your corner who’s negotiated through it before.
Whether you’re moving up, scaling down, or just done with boat ownership — the process should be straightforward. We serve Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Miami, and clients up and down the East Coast.
How it works.
Valuation
We pull recent comps, assess condition, and give you a number based on what the market is actually paying — not what Zillow-for-boats says.
Priced right from day one.
Preparation
Detail, photograph, fix the small stuff that buyers notice. We’ll tell you what’s worth spending on and what isn’t.
We handle the coordination.
Marketing
MLS syndication, our buyer network, boat show placement, and targeted ads. Not a passive listing — an active campaign.
Your yacht in front of the right people.
Closing
Offer negotiation, survey management, escrow, documentation, flag registration, and delivery logistics.
One broker. Start to handshake.
Results, not promises.
Serious Buyers
We don’t wait for inquiries. We reach out directly to buyers and their brokers who are actively looking for your type of vessel.
Private Sales
Some sellers don’t want the world knowing their yacht is for sale. We handle those deals quietly, between vetted parties only.
Faster Results
The difference is pricing strategy, aggressive marketing, and actually picking up the phone.
Included in every listing.
No tiers, no add-on packages. This is what we do for every yacht we represent. It’s all covered by the commission.
Photography & Video
Interior, exterior, drone aerials, and a walkthrough video. Shot by marine photographers who know how to make a 60-footer look like a 60-footer should.
MLS & Syndication
YachtWorld, Boat Trader, boats.com, plus our international partner network. Your yacht shows up everywhere a buyer would look.
Paid Advertising
Google and social media campaigns targeting buyers by vessel type, location, and budget. Retargeting included.
Direct Buyer Outreach
We call brokers. We email our buyer list. We work the phones at shows. Most of our deals start with us reaching out, not waiting.
Show Representation
Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Miami. If your yacht should be at a show, it will be. We handle logistics and represent it in person.
Transaction Management
Offer to closing: buyer vetting, survey coordination, negotiation, escrow, title transfer, delivery. You get one point of contact for all of it.

We’d had the boat listed with another broker for five months. No serious offers, barely any showings. Andrew re-shot the photos, adjusted the price by about 4%, and had a signed offer in three weeks. Wish we’d started with him.
Sold our Azimut in under a month. Andrew was honest about the pricing from the start — we didn’t love hearing it, but he was right. The buyer came from his network, not a listing site.
Good questions we hear a lot.
What does it cost to list with you?
Nothing upfront. We work on commission, paid at closing. The rate is discussed in your first conversation — no surprises, no hidden fees.
How long will it take to sell?
Depends on the boat and the price. The biggest factor is pricing it right from day one — overpriced listings sit, and sitting kills value. We focus on getting it right the first time.
What do you actually do to market my yacht?
Photography, video, MLS syndication across YachtWorld and Boat Trader, Google and social ads, and direct outreach to buyers and brokers in our network. We also represent at boat shows if the timing works. Everything is included in the commission.
Can I keep the sale private?
Yes. We regularly facilitate off-market transactions. We show only to vetted buyers under NDA. No public listing, no tire-kickers.
Should I fix things before listing?
Sometimes. We’ll walk the boat with you and be honest about what’s worth fixing and what isn’t. A clean bilge and working electronics matter more than new upholstery.
Why not go with a bigger brokerage?
Bigger firms have more listings. That’s not the same as more attention. We carry a small book intentionally. Andrew is personally involved in every deal — you’re not handed off to a junior associate.
Ready to start?
We’ll tell you what your yacht is worth, how we’d position it, and what kind of timeline to expect. No listing obligation.
