President & FounderAndrew founded Troyer Yachts in 2006 after years at large national brokerages where the pattern was always the same: too many listings, too little attention, and clients who felt like numbers.
Known for a Midwest sensibility that’s rare in the yachting world — practical advice, honest pricing, and the kind of follow-through that turns clients into repeat buyers. He’s personally involved in every transaction the firm handles.
Clients describe him as “a connector, a consultant, a confidant, and a counselor.” In 19 years he’s sold over 200 yachts, with more than 80% of business coming from referrals and repeat clients.

Managing PartnerBeth runs the business side of Troyer Yachts — strategy, operations, and team development. With an MBA and a leadership philosophy rooted in trust and transparency, she’s built the culture that makes a boutique firm actually work.
Her focus is on creating what she calls “a positive business environment rooted in trust, honesty, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.” She leads by example and is hands-on with everything from organizational growth to fostering a collaborative team culture.

Yacht Broker24 years in the maritime industry, starting as a dock attendant in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Licensed superyacht captain with over 100,000 nautical miles logged across the world’s oceans.
Peter is also an accomplished marine artist — his boat illustrations are featured monthly in BOAT International magazine’s “In This Issue” infographic. Married to Jamie, based in Destin, with the same Midwest values of hard work, honesty, and community that define the firm.
Brody Baker
Yacht BrokerRaised along Florida’s coastline with a lifelong connection to boating and the marine lifestyle. Troy University business grad with an LVMH luxury sales certification and specialized expertise in Cummins and Caterpillar marine engines.
Brody knows South Florida’s marinas, regulations, and cruising grounds inside out. His services extend beyond the sale — market analysis, inspection guidance, financing referrals, and ongoing support.
Oyster farm co-founderWhit Hathaway
Yacht BrokerUniversity of South Carolina grad and Lowcountry native. Before yacht brokerage, Whit co-founded a successful oyster farm — a path that reflects his deep connection to coastal living and marine ecosystems.
Based in Charleston, he serves clients across Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. Known for a personalized approach and the kind of regional insight that only comes from someone who grew up on the water.
Hayden Troyer
