Boutique bychoice.
We could carry more listings. We choose not to. Every yacht we represent gets the full weight of our marketing, network, and negotiation expertise.
A firm built on handshakes,
not headcount.
Andrew Troyer started this firm in 2006 after years at large national brokerages. The pattern was always the same: too many listings, too little attention, and clients who felt like numbers. He figured there had to be a better way.
So he built one. Troyer Yachts is a family-owned operation — Andrew and Beth Troyer run it together, supported by a small team of brokers they’ve hand-picked for competence, character, and a shared belief that this business runs on relationships, not volume.
Today the firm handles motoryachts, superyachts, center consoles, and sportfishing vessels from 30 to 200+ feet. Sales, charter, crew placement, new construction consulting — the full scope of what yacht ownership requires.
Headquartered in Palm Beach, the firm serves clients across Florida and beyond. The approach is focused. Every client gets the principal broker’s direct involvement. That’s a promise Andrew has kept since 2006.
The people behind the name.
All brokers are Florida-licensed, bonded, and graduates of the Yacht Broker Institute. Backgrounds range from licensed captaining to marine engineering to luxury sales — united by a shared standard of service.

Andrew Troyer
President & FounderPalm Beach, FLFounded Troyer Yachts in 2006 with a simple idea: yacht brokerage should be personal. Andrew brings a Midwest sensibility to a world that often lacks it — practical advice, honest pricing, and the kind of follow-through that turns clients into friends. He’s personally involved in every transaction the firm handles.

Beth Troyer, MBA
Managing PartnerPalm Beach, FLBeth runs the business side of Troyer Yachts — strategy, operations, and team development. With an MBA and a leadership philosophy rooted in trust and transparency, she’s built the culture that makes a boutique firm work: small enough to care, organized enough to perform.

Peter Glahn
Yacht BrokerDestin, FL24 years in the maritime industry, starting as a dock attendant in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Licensed superyacht captain with over 100,000 nautical miles logged. Peter’s also an accomplished marine artist whose illustrations appear monthly in BOAT International magazine.

Brody Baker
Yacht BrokerSouth FloridaRaised along Florida’s coastline, Brody knows South Florida’s marinas, regulations, and cruising grounds inside out. Troy University business grad with an LVMH luxury sales certification and specialized expertise in Cummins and Caterpillar marine engines.

Whit Hathaway
Yacht BrokerCharleston, SCUniversity of South Carolina grad and Lowcountry native. Co-founded an oyster farm before moving into yacht brokerage — a path that reflects his deep connection to the water. Serves clients across Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida from his base in Charleston.

Hayden Troyer
Digital Marketing & ListingsPalm Beach, FLPre-law student at Florida Atlantic University, handling listings management and digital marketing for the firm. Quick with new systems, sharp with data, and responsible for keeping the firm’s online presence running.
Not a volume shop.
Small book, big attention
We carry a limited number of listings and clients at any time. That’s by design. Every yacht we represent gets real marketing, real outreach, and the principal broker’s direct involvement.
Honest pricing, always
We’ll tell you what your yacht is worth based on comps and market data — not what you want to hear. Overpriced listings sit, and sitting kills value. We’d rather start right.
Family-owned since 2006
Andrew and Beth Troyer built this firm together. No venture capital, no corporate parent, no board to answer to. The name on the door is the name on the deal.
We pick up the phone
Owners, captains, buyers, cooperating brokers — when you call, someone answers. That’s not a policy. It’s just how we work.
Don’t take our word for it.
I've bought and sold many yachts and worked with numerous brokers, but Andrew stands out as one of the best.
Having utilized Andrew for both the sale and purchase of vessels, I can say, as a person to whom the details matter, he is outstanding.
Andrew has a common sense way of selling big boats and a Midwest sensibility that is often lacking in this industry.
Hardworking, friendly, professional, honest, integrity are a few words that come to mind. He has a gift for matching his clients with the right vessel.
